Measuring Systems and Gauge Tools for SMT Production

With CeTaQ products you are able to measure and analyze critical quality parameters in SMT production.

The CmController are measuring systems for the determination of x, y and theta accuracies. They were developed especially for the needs of the surface mounting technology and allow a fast and easy determination of the positioning accuracy of SMT equipment such as solder paste printers, placement systems and dispensers.

Measure the placement force quickly and reliably under real process conditions. Detect weak points at an early stage and thus avoid component damage during placement.

In addition to the printing accuracy, the progression and reproducibility of the squeegee force during stencil printing is decisive for quality. This is now possible with the measuring equipment we have developed especially for this purpose.

This top of the art measuring system is designed to investigate simultaneously the accuracy, stability and squeeges pressure. This test runs automatically without any operator or medium influences.

We have developed a 3D reference standard which reproduces a printed circuit board. This enables the measurement results of an SPI device to be checked for accuracy and stability.

Our measuring tools made of glass are highly accurate and can be measured automatically by the CmController. SMT machines process them like normal SMD components.

The measuring plate MPL02-L is optimized for precision measurements on marking laser systems. The stainless steel surface, unlike glass, is not affected by the laser.
